So i'm trying to update info on my Devices and it wont update.. i deleted my phone also from it and it also wont updated even relog into the account and still nothing.. its displaying wrong info for my pc

is tthere anything i can do to fix it

Delete the devices from your account and wait e.g. 1 hour before reconnecting them.

I'm trying to cancel my automatic renewal to Avast at a cost of $49.95 which will renew on August 30th.  My ord. ID is 15311673400 and password is : Bit4vS.  I already have Avast free software on my computer so please cancel the auto renewal as mentioned above.  thanks.
