Title: cannot send fault message to avast via SMPT
Post by: keystagegolf on January 27, 2006, 11:53:02 AM
Hello, I've just installed Avast 4.6 home edition and it appears to be working well. However I occassionally get a fault message to transmit back to avast support, when I click send, a message comes back that I need to adjust my SMTP settings. Please advise how to do this. My settings are working OK for transmitting e-mails and faults back to Mircosoft. Thank you.

Check the SMTP page in avast! program settings - do you have the correct data filled there?

Thank you Igor,
No prizes for guessing I'm new at this. :)
