Years ago when we first installed Avast for Education, we somehow also obtained a file where we could manually install the avast program on new client pc's and it would sync up with the existing EAS Server. I can't find or remember where we obtained it, in order to get a newer version that will work on Windows 8 and up..... Thanks in advance for any assistance, during my Senior Moment... :)

Hi Mike, are you still using the old EP or the new AFB (Cloud)..?
-
We are still running our own EP Server, I believe it is sitting at: 8.0.367
-
Have you checked the control panel to see if there is a option to create a stand alone installer ?
Don't know if it works for/with the EP, but with the cloud version you can download a full client installer through https://business.avast.com

Click on the link in my sig, you'll find the unmanaged client installers for EP there.

Is this the only way to get it installed via the Cloud - sounds like 1 for 1 ? I like the server side w/ deploy task. Was considering move to Cloud as long as there is Admin console to deploy & console to management machines. Does this exist
