Title: Avast IS is damaged?

I got Avast IS + Cleanup + SecureVPN

For a some reason Avast becomes to be in RED state (with red (x) icon in the tray)
SecureLine VPN doens't able to connect.

If i click to restore the security - than i got some thing strange on a license page:
IS order status active
days 2727 (always. every day)

cleanup
days 151863

SecureLine VPN shows correct cuntunuously reducing days but without subscription recepient.

every 1-10 hours IS becomes red. It doesn't updates. it is not able to find something.

I tryed to restore it by installation wizard or to fully reinstall it with a fully cleaning. nothing. :-[
Latest MalwareBytes Antimalware and DrWeb CureIt doesn't found anything for  a full scan.
Looks like my Avast or and my subscription now are stolen becouse my account on avast.com says that i my subscription list is empty, but i got everyorders on my email box with every order numbers and with every solden serialnumbers.

Please help me to restore my subscription and avast behavior.

i want my Avast IS+Cleanup+SecureLineVPN should work correctly. 8)

i'm using Avast since 2008. And now this is the first time it behaves so helpless.
