Title: Emails being marked ***SPAM** EPSP/SOA
Post by: GChand on August 19, 2016, 05:35:46 PM
I have a situation where emails are being marked as spam even though that option is not enabled in SOA on either the Exchange Server or the clients. Most of those are false positives as well. Odd behavior. Is there a fix?

You're certain that everything within Exchange Server => Organisation Configuration => Hub Transport => Anti-Spam is DISABLED?

Also, don't forget the Avast Exchange Shield on your Exchange Server. Maybe that is tagging the messages.

It was my impression, at least when first implemented, that Avast antispam could coexist with Intelligent Message Filter. So, no, not everything there is disabled. And the Exchange server is set not to mark any messages as SPAM. So if nothing is set to mark anything as ***SPAM*** then why are messages being marked at all?
I can try disabling the native anti-spam but I'm afraid I do not see the connection.
Thanks
