Title: Question about SecureLine VPN

Avast Teams,

I have a problem with my university e-learning website; http://accountingonline.utcc.ac.th (http://accountingonline.utcc.ac.th)

I cannot get into the website since I have been connected to a VPN, and the page shows 403 Forbidden nginx/0.8.55 error.
But I can access to the website by disconnecting a VPN. So could you please check up or tell me about the error?
Thus I would be highly appreciated to inform the solid problem to my faculty correctly.

Ask the university if they block the VPN.
