How to recover/restore the passwords, If I reset by mac?
Please help???

You can only do so if you have enabled (and are using) synchronization (as far as I know)

Hi yadaom,

as Eddy noted, you can recover you passwords from backup, but only if you turned on backup before you deleted Avast Passwords from your computer.
