Title: secureline connects to completely different location than selected

I often (very often) try to connect to Toronto, Canada.  95% of the time I find that I am connected to Prague, Czechoslovakia instead.  If I connect to anywhere else it connects to the correct location.  However, Toronto is the nearest international location and has the least latency.
