Title: Bought the wrong license, Avast does not respond to refund request

The subject already says enough I think.

I purchased 20 new licenses for Endpoint Protection Plus by accident while I needed Endpoint Protection Suite. The moment Avast notified me that I bought the wrong license, I asked to refund the current license so I can purchase the right one. Haven't heard from them after sending my bank acount information. It has been two weeks now and I send several mails a day asking for it.
No-one is responding on the chat either.

Great way to punish loyal customers. Boy do I feel stupid for using Avast >:(

Sending new mails will put you back to the bottom of the stack as they are using a FiFo system.
If you post your ticket number here, I will try someone to have a look at it.

I do not have a ticket number. All I have is an email from contact@avastedition.com on september 5th, asking for my bank account information.
After I sent that the conversation went quiet.

As far as I know, only avast themselves are handling refund requests.
You did submit the ticket through > https://support.business.avast.com/hc/en-us ?

The site avastedition.com is currently giving errors.

Yes, the ticket was submitted via  https://support.business.avast.com/hc/en-us .

Ok, now have a little patience.
avast usually responds within 2 workdays.

Always try and purchase through a reseller. There are thousands of us. And knowing the seller usually helps a ton. Good luck to ya!
