Title: "We are unable to connect to your device" on MyAvast

Hi

I'm using Avast AT for a while now and I had the opportunity to try it yesterday : I lost my phone.
Because I had no way to ask my friend to send SMS to it, I tried to use myavast to remotely make my phone at least ring to know where it is.

But whatever the command I execute, it says "We are unable to connect to your device"

After getting back my phone by myself, I looked at the  AT parameters, it says that I'm connected to MyAvast and everything is working fine.
So why can't I send commands from internet ?

You can have here some informations concerning my phone

The IP address is a local IP, not one that is (or should) be accessible from the Internet.
Not saying it is, but that can have something to do with it.

I would say contact avast > https://support.avast.com
