hi i have submitted a ticket - 524333 for a refund how long does the process take?

Tickets are normally handled within 1-2 workdays.
Receiving a actual refund can take up to 2 weeks depending on how you paid.

Please (re)search before posting as this has been explained a huge amount of times already.
