Title: Installation after new rom ...no informations on avast-account

I installed a new rom on my oneplus one three days ago. Installed Avast Mobile Security and AntiTheft again, connected to avast account like usual. The A0001-phone is in the list but there are no informations shown. It says "unfortunately there are no informations available for the A0001 ...".

Any ideas?

Post by: REDACTED on September 27, 2016, 04:53:39 PM: I asked support but in the meantime I de- und reinstalled all avast-apps. Informations are shown now in the avast-account but it says/recommends to install antitheft ...but it is installed. The same on my sons phone (with COS 13.1.2 on oneplus on).
