I am trying to disable auto renewal subscription as could not see it when I manually renewed my Avast earlier today. There are no links in the confirmation email or information on invoice sent of how to cancel. I have logged into my Avast portal and still no option of how to cancel/diasble the auto-renewal subscription. I have emailed Cleverbridge and received an auto reply email but no information on how to cancel/disable auto rew.I am not happy with this as when I tried to opt out when placing the order, this option appeared to be disabled. Yes, I know still went ahead anyway, but was of the opinion that I would be able to opt out later. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
