Title: Avast Premium Beta 12.3.2280 Problems with Windows 10 Insider Build 14942

Is anybody having any issues with Windows 10 Insider 14942?
I thought that I was having issues with Windows at first, I couldn't download files using any web browser and I had problems with applications that used a web front end "Steam", etc.. not working correctly.

I disable avast and everything works fine. I ran a repair on it and still no change.

I know everyone doesn't run fast release insider builds, and I am not expecting a fix at this time, because I know Microsoft will probably fix it or break something else in the next build. I just want to know if anyone else is having this problem or if it is just me.
