But I don't receive any e-mail from avast.

Where can I request the license file?

You will receive the license file/activation code as soon as avast has received your payment which can take several days if you have paid by bank.

You can always get the license file/activation code through your avast account > https://my.avast.com

Please post in the correct forum next time as EasyPass has been discontinued for over a year I believe you have bought avast Passwords.

I purchased it renewal.

So It doesn't linkage to my account.

I have only e-mail address.

I want to know manager's e-mail address.
