I am facing the same problem, I deleted Safari Cache History as well, that warning window is still popping up. What to do now?

This will solve your problem hopefully.

Safari-->Preferences-->Search--> Disable or uncheck "Preload Top Hit in the background" and "Enable Quick Website Search" Clear all history and cookies.

Then if it works let us know if this fixed it.

There is some adware or other process redirecting the web traffic that is loaded into safari. I suggest downloading Malwarebytes for Mac at https://www.malwarebytes.com/antimalware/mac/ and running its scan. Let it remove any adware/PUP it finds and then reboot and launch Safari again. Report back and let us know the status.

Cheers,
Mac
