Title: Avast for business cloud not connecting to the cloud

Most of the clients wont connect to the cloud, they have the red "x" on the icon in the system tray.  This includes pulling down the exclusions from the cloud.  The computer connects to the internet fine, recieves windows updates and all that.  Are there special ports to be open in the firewall?  Any suggestions would be awesome,,, ty ahead of time

There is not much to say without knowing any details.

To see if the firewall is blocking things is real easy to see....
Check the log file(s).

How do they connect ? Through a router, server, wifi or...
What exact avast version is on them ?
What OS/SP ?
Any other security software  installed ? (or was there)
