I've bought the Pro Antivirus on 15/10/2016 for 2 years and now is appearing a message saying that my computer is unprotected and I need "to extend my trial period for an additional 60 days of grace" being that I've bought it and did the installation correctly.

Did you use the license file/activation code ?
Just buying it is not enough.
