If the firewall is set to public change it to private (or the other way around).

Doesn't work on private either on public, it still requires disabling a whole antivirus.

Edit: I have noticed after, i change it from Private->Public and press OK. After each reopening its back on Private. So there can be some problem probably. -Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct

I firuged the solution by myself.
The thing is, you have to have enabled Internet Connection Sharing Mode in Firewall->Policies->Preferences, if you want be connected via Windows 10 Hotspot using Firewall.
Hope, this topic helps people in future, cos there is nothing about this problem on internet.
