Title: Trusteer Rapport & Avast Safezone

How can I add rapport security extension for my banking when in safezone as when I click on settings there's no enable/disable extension options?

You can't.
If it was possible (about) any extension could be installed, including malicious ones and that would defeat the purpose of a "safe" browser.

Rapport is terrible software that causes lots of browser issues. I understand some banks require it now, but in reality I have had success by calling the Bank support and having them override the need for the app to be installed.
