Hi,
My kid has Samsung Galaxy A3 and she lost that today.
GPS is not enabled so i cant use any android app. I can install apps through Google Play.
I updated latest avast antivirus and anti-theft and now in web it ask for enable that anti-theft.
When i try to enable, site tells "We are unable to connect your device".
I tried with and without password, but nothing works.
Phone has about 40% of battery but there is -1celcius and wet. I dont know how long battery can survive out there. So please help me so i can locate that phone quickly.
Thanks.

Contact the police and have them track the phone.

I think they have better things to do here in Finland.
All i need is to have enable that Anti-Theft.

You can't enable it if you don't have the phone and/or if there is no communication with it.
e.g. if the phone is turned off.

Phone is on and Avast has communicated 26minutes ago. I can call it but its muted.
I have done that enable in web to other phone earlier and it worked fine then.

Found phone and this enable had to do directly on the phone.
Thanks for answers.
