Title: how do I connect my device to avast online.

Hi,

Avast is running, or at least it looks like it is. It shows my licenses but when I log in here, it doesn't show my device. why?
Is there any way I could add it?

What/where do you mean when you log in here ?
Since you are in the avast forums I wouldn't expect you to see any device listed.

So to me this seems you should be posting in the my.avast.com sub-forum https://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=62.0 (https://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=62.0) as that is where your devices should be listed.

Secondary question what device are you trying to see/add (avast for windows, avast mobile security) ?
