Hi, I have Avast Mobile Security and Avast Anti-Theft on my Android phone. I have logged into my my.avast.com account via both apps and when I go on ‘Avast Account’ on the apps I get the message ‘You are connections as [email address]’. However, my device is not showing in my my.avast.com account (neither when I access it by clicking through from the app, nor when I access it via the desktop). Do you have any ideas why this may be or is there anything I can try? Many thanks in advance for your support!

Just wait, sometimes it takes a while unitl the account gets updated.

buenas amigos, tengo dos dispositivos en mi cuenta, y en el portal myavast uno me aparece con el escudo verde y otro con el escudo naranja y me dice atencion, y el verde me dice equipo protejido, que debo hacer?
