Title: How do I delete iyogi program files?
Post by: REDACTED on January 04, 2017, 05:48:11 PM
I made the huge mistake years ago of allowing remote access for iyogi. I am not able to contact them now and when I called the phone number, was told they went bankrupt and that another company is taking over (also out of India). They easily conned me, I hate to admit, when I had avast years ago, to signup with them when I called for a service call to Avast.  My concern is that they are still able to get into my computer. I want to reinstall Avast on our computers, but am worried the iyogi programs installed on my computer may interfere. I just want any and all iyogi files completely out of my computer. Can anyone help me with this?  TIA

I cant see why there would be any iyogi files from a remote connection but if you do happen to find any then simply right click and delete.

Search for them on your system and delete them.
Do the same with registry entries.
