Title: Bought Clean-up does not clean up

Purchased the Clean-up aspect of Avast today, money was spent, was sent activation code, entered it, yet when I scan, Performance issues keeps coming up. I hit "resolve" and I have done this 4 times to no avail. Using windows 10, but it won't clean. How do I get my money back? I would rather buy CCleaner!

I bought Avast Premier which includes Cleanup. I had a virus which forced me to do a system restore, but it also wiped out my Avast subscription info. Now I'm reduced to using Free Avast and evry tiime I try to use Cleanup, it tries to sell me another subscription that I already paid for.

My account has no memory of the subscription I bought and it tries to sell me more shit.
I am now fed up with Avast and I'll dump it as soon as my subscription ends.

The av versions of avast only come with a demo of CleanUp.
It will only scan, not cleaning up anything unless you get a license for it.

As for the av, download the license file through your avast account and use it.

J'ai payé, j'ai enregistré mais mon cleaner beugue au step 1 quatre fois. Avec un message " un problème est survenu, veuillez patientez et réessayer "
I pay, I register but my cleaner stop at step 1 four times with a message " there a probleme, be patient and try again "
