My Son deleted this product from his machine 4 years ago and you keep charging my Credit Card. Please cancel this subscription and refund my Money. Please contact me at kenestep@gmail.com. I am notifying my Credit Card Company that this is a fraudulent charge and that criminal charges should be filed.

It is not fraudulent.
It doesn't matter if the product was removed.
You (or your son) should have stopped the subscription.

So do you (not your son) still use the program / have a running subscription?
