Title: £49.99 charge from Nexway?

I recently renewed my licence for Avast Premier late last year which was £49.99. Have just seen on my bank statement a charge of £49.99 from Avast Nexway on the 11th of this month? Yet I have not bought any other product from Avast. Any help would be appreciated.
