Title: got email saying auto renew paid when I do not want this product

Hi,
On 08 January, I stopped Avast Internet Security auto renew thinking it covered everything. Then today I got an email saying I paid $59.99 for the secure line from Avast. I did not even get a pre email saying that your auto renewal is coming up like I did with internet security. My question is how do I get my money back?

Submit a Support Ticket Refund request - https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new?form=2 (https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new?form=2).

Under normal circumstances you would get reminder emails, if you or your ISP have anti-spam functions, check your spam folder.
