Hi All, It's been 6 days since I sent a request to cancel my order. I cant seem to find my way back to Customer Care. I'd really like this account canceled and a refund sent my way. What do I do next? Who should I call or email? thank you

avast is handling tickets in 1-5 business days.
Just have patience.

What was your support ticket ID ?
I'm presuming that is what you used for your request ?

What account is it that you are talking about (e.g. what avast product) ?
