Last time I purchased Avast I was able to call in to get phone support when I had a problem. A year later I can't call anyone? Is my only option to send in a ticket? I have a paid subscription is there no way to even contact someone via chat? This is so frustrating. Please tell me I'm wrong and all bent out of shape for nothing.
I am fine with being wrong as long as I can get someone to help me. Thank you

It depends on the problem if support by phone is possible.
e.g. billing issues/questions are only handled by avast.
For other things there can be phone support > https://www.avast.com/en-us/total-care
