Title: Avast Passwords - Conflicting License Expiry
Post by: REDACTED on February 06, 2017, 04:05:13 PM
When I login to my AVAST account (web browser & on my iphone) it indicates my Passwords license expires 2/6/17.  However I renewed it 11/27/16.

When I go to my AVAST Settings (AVAST Premier) on my computer, and view subscriptions, it shows I am subscribed until 11/27/17.

How do I reconcile to two?  I tried to insert my latest activation code into the web browser, but it did not accept it...

Remove your devices from your account and add them again.
See if it makes a difference.

Did that, reinstalled the AVast Premier , license numbers etc.  All reads correct from within AVast Premier, but my "online" AVAST account displays:

No record of Premier License
Incorrect expiration of Passwords

I had it emailed to a different email address - so that may be the issue - eventhough it remains tied to my original account.

Hi mtmiller,

If you used a different email address then the licenses will not be tied to your account.
You may add the extra email address to your account, or if you want we can move all your licenses to one account.

That is an easy solution - I just added the other email.  Problem solved.  Thank-you
