Sorry for my bad english. but i have to say about this.
I sent a ticket from the day I bought the product.
but they sent wrong answer. so, I sent tickets again many times. but They just sent a macro message.
as time expires, I cannot get a refund service
I want to get a fair refund service. How should I respond to this unfair?

Well, there is your problem.
Each time you submit a ticket, you will be put back to the bottom of the stack. (FiFo)
Just have patience and avast will help/answer you.

Yes, simply have patience and wait.
Normal handling time for a ticket is 1-5 business days, but currently it is very busy so it could take a bit longer.
