Title: stopping apps doesn't work

When I go to stop apps it hits an app that is locked by the app lock and It asks for the pin then it exits out and says it could not complete the process. Im not sure if the app lock is the problem or if the battery saver can't get around the app lock. Before the app lock would only ask for the pin once then it would only ask again if you locked your phone. Now it asks everytime you go to a locked app.
 
Is there a way to get around this besides having to turn off the app lock? I don't want to turn it off because I have a number of apps that are locked, since I had it before they made the app lock a premium feature.

I had the same issue.

Make sure that the App is enabled in settings/accessibility.
Unlock setting every time before you run the stop app feature.
