Allow all communications from Avastsvc.exe.

For UI online updates, allow AvastUI.exe.

You really need to allow all avast executables or many of the features/functions won't work correctly.
The major ones, AvastSvc.exe, avastui.exe, ashUpd.exe (Avast antivirus Updater), instup.exe (which I believe also deals with updates). Also AvastEmUpdate.exe the avast emergency updater.

You need to see that the OP has blocked all connections.

Well, that's certainly a bad idea.
@OP: If you want Avast to work properly, you need to allow it to connect.

You're welcome.

If you haven't included the avastui.exe executable as this does require internet access.
