hi ;)
according to this page :D:
https://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB21#idt_20
The Virus Chest is a safe place in Avast Antivirus for storing potentially harmful files and completely isolating them from the rest of your operating system.
Files inside the Virus Chest cannot be accessed or run by any outside processes, software applications, or viruses
but u can try it and add smth to virus chest then u can see that file still exist in that place and u can run it!
when this page say:. Files inside the Virus Chest cannot be accessed or run by any outside processes, software applications, or viruses.

avast fix this bugs thnx :))
-
but u can try it and add smth to virus chest then u can see that file still exist in that place and u can run it!
It is not a bug.
If you move a file (not detected) to chest, you only move a copy, orginal file will remaine at orginal location
If/when avast add detection for it, then it will be moved to chest when detected

This is confusion on your part, avast is talking about files 'moved' to the chest as a result of a detection and not 'added' to the chest by the user.
Files in the chest regardless of how they got there are:
1. encrypted.
2. renamed.
from outside of the virus chest you can't see the file name of the original file and couldn't run it even if you guessed as it is protected and encrypted. Also because it doesn't have a file type in the file in the chest windows would ask what program should open it. If you happened to guess correctly you would then have to get past the encryption.
You have to deal with the file outside of the chest when you add a copy to the chest, avast doesn't do anything with that.

look at this:
https://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB21#idt_20
(https://static.avast.com/support/kb/images/v2017/avkb21/en/scan_ok.png)
that sample is safe( no virus)!
but avast talking about how to restore that file(safe file )when that file dont need restore ,its on his place!!
this Descriptions mean: when a safe file added to virus chest avast should block it and delete it from original place! (cuz avast talking about how to retore a safe file to original place)!!!when this rule dont work in ur avast antivrus
they wanted avast antivrus block that file and must do it(cuz avast talking about how restore a safe file)
but in real world ;D in ur pc cant do it and dont work with this rule :))

avast should delete those words ,or fix avast prodcut!

The simple answer is you can't avast only moves files that it has detected as malware to the virus chest.
Looking at no end of FAQs won't change that, they may well be poorly worded, we are telling you what actually happens. The key word in all of this is ADD where in detections from shields, etc. it would be Moved to chest, etc.
At the moment the avast chest is pretty messed up with lots of the actions not working or not working as expected. Try scanning a file in the chest and you don't get any result.

Yes I have seen that the beta was released but as you said in that there was a lot fixed that wasn't in the change log was very light on detail. To the point that I thought why would I bother.
