This needs to be fixed again.

20 minutes and it's only at 9%
Update:
It took a little over 1 hr to complete creating the USB rescue disk.  :(

Hi Bob, it probably needed to download AvastPEToolkit first.

Hi Bob, it probably needed to download AvastPEToolkit first.

Which means the bandwidth has to be super slow.  :(
