Title: problem with the install

Hi,i bought key for the avast premier but when i'm trying to install the program it is just loading loading loading... for like 5-10 mins and in the end it is says there was a problem completing installation. 
I tried 3-4 times but nothing.Any help? By the way  the photo is in greek version.

- Remove any pre(vious) installed av
- Run avast clear
- Try to the latest avast version with the offline installer.
