Title: Mozilla: saving pages
Post by: MWassef on December 16, 2003, 09:44:11 AM
I use Mozilla 1.5 , when I visit some site like this one (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/index.php?board=34;action=display;threadid=17010)  and when I try to save the page, it does not save the page with its title. Just 'index.php.htm'
I want to save the page with its title 'Doc Scrubber v1.1 released'..how can I do that?

hello,

IMHO this is not really a question related to Avast! or anti-virus but anyway:

if you want the file to have a different name, just type the name you want in the Save-As dialog box. be sure to leave the ".html" extension at the end of the file though.

you will see that no matter what name you give the file, its title will be correctly displayed in your webbrowser. the title is coded IN the html file   :D

hope this helps,
ALEX
