Title: long wait time at my avast load
Post by: REDACTED on April 09, 2017, 06:06:51 AM: the wheel loops, the progressbar stucks arround midway, and the "loading" label stays there for minutes...

browser Firefox 50.x, 32 bit.
OS: Windows 8

What exact OS/SP ?
What exact version of avast ?
Is there any other security (related) software installed ? (or was there)

See attached image extract from avastUI, clicking the View Account button takes me directly to my.avast.com account, viewed in the latest version of firefox and avast free on my win10 laptop.

I'm sure this is due to my PC but I can't find what could be the problem...
Could it be due to my internet provider ("Free" in France) ?
