Can someone help me please!! I have purchased a VPN license for 3 years/ 3pcs but one of my pc is only giving me a ONE year license instead of 3 years. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks you

Are you using the same license file on all 3 systems ?
Did you bought 3 systems/3 years ? (check the order confirmation. Just asking to rule out something)
-
yes, i am using the only license I've received when i purchased the 3years/3pcs.

- Remove the VPN from that system
- Reboot
- Install it again
- Apply the license
Let's see if this is solving it.

Hi, I am using AVAST Free antivirus version 17.3.2291, i have inserted the license under setting/subscription/secureline VPN within the Avast Free antivirus. Its not a standalone Avast VPN. Do you want me to delete the whole Avast Free Program and re-install??
Thanks
-
No, just removing the VPN should be enough.
-
I dont know how, the VPN is integrated with AVAST Free Antivirus.
-
Remove the component for the VPN.

ok great thanks. I will try to uninstall Avast Secureline VPN from AVAST Free Antivirus and will re-install it. Then i will try my license again and see if it gives me my 3 years subscription i paid for. I will do this on Friday and will let you know either way. Again thanks and chat later!!

Take your time and have a nice eastern.

Hello again, i have uninstalled VPN and re-installed under component as you have recommended but once re-installed, Avast Free antivirus recognized the license i have previously try to insert and wont let it change (license). It seems that AVAST have the license somewhere within the program. Will I have to remove AVAST complete and possibly clean the registry for my license to work properly??? Thanks
