Title: Problem with avast

Hello. I purchased avast with all add-ons When using avast - cleaning deleted files (about 3% done) there was a problem with Avast. Avast is on the taskbar on my computer and informs me that I'm protected but when I click on it pops up my white window. I can not use this program to clean the disk, for example.
Please help
