Title: Avast on a Server - stops email program
Post by: andybster on March 22, 2006, 04:11:42 PM
We have Avast set up on our email server (which runs an old version of FTGate - hey - it works for us) and, when a virus is found a message appears which seems to stop further emails coming in.

Is there a setting somewhere which you can change to say 'stop all viruses and don't produce a message'?

In PC Professional version you could set the Virus page of each provider.

Most probably you'll have something similar in your server version, although I've never used this version...
