Title: Avast.com Account Loading Endlessly
Post by: REDACTED on May 30, 2017, 05:18:04 AM
Every time I go onto avast.com, and click on the Account tab it just puts me in a never ending loading bar that stops at about 1/8th the way there. Anyone else having this problem. I use Firefox as my web browser if that makes any difference. I would really like to see my Account details so this is very annoying.

Are you actually connecting to avast.com to get to your account as that is a roundabout route ?

I connect via my.avast.com and logon (if required) and it loads just fine using firefox 53.0.3 on this win10 home 64bit laptop.

Rusty Shacklford , Check that your windows clock is not ahead of UTC time

Known regression bug with Firefox > v51 (and Safari) du to new FF behavior (relative to server time instead of absolute time)

Is it OK with Chrome ?

Thanks for the reminder.

Yes it is easy to forget ;)

Especially when you don't encounter this on a regular basis.
