Title: [Error when updating Avast] Help me

When I update Avast premier, my Avast are not working properly. My Avast is not running.
I can't repair or remove Avast [Control Panels - Program and Features]. The error is "Setup is already running. Please try to start the setup later."
I am using Windows 7. Help me.

Reboot and try again.
