Hello,

I was wondering if my ticket has been lost or something. It's ticket #814518 and it has been proccesed for 23 days now.

Hello

I have similar problem. The ticket has been risen a few days ago. No response apart of an automatic reply sent immediately after rising the ticket by myself.
Ticket number: #845296.

Thank you for your efforts. This needs to be analysed further to check what went wrong. Please run Avast support tool by following the below steps and provide Avast support package file ID.
Download Avast support tool  and save it to your computer (for example on your Windows Desktop).
Right-click on the downloaded avastsupport.exe tool icon, choose Run as administrator
Click on Next and then click on generate by entering your email address.
At the end, you will get a file ID, please provide it.

Hi. I wait exactly: 'Being Processed since 4 days 9 hours'. I see some unusual situation touched Avast company lately so, I'll try to be patient.
My only concern now is that, according to the UK's law, I have probably certain amount of time to obtain a refund for non physical item acquired via internet. Hopefully this is 28 days (4 weeks) or even more.

That UK law doesn't matter.
As long as you have requested the refund within 30 days after paying, you are entitled to it.
Even if avast would handle your request next year, you are still entitled for it and you will get.
Sure, I hope not that it takes that long ;)
