Title: To trust seller? Two listings, same with no model

Hi, I hope you can offer some perspective on this.
This laptop (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XW1QLT5/ref=nav_signin?_encoding=UTF8&me=&th=1)'s model number isn't included on the page. In light of that, would there be any reason to distrust the seller (https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B06XW1QLT5/ref=olp_twister_child?ie=UTF8&mv_size_name=1), being that they offer the same thing on this other page (https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Touchscreen-Bluetooth-RealSense-Win10-MaxxAudio/dp/B01NGYJ71D) as well (with a slightly different price)?
Also what is "By UpgradePro" on top of the page?
