Title: Paid account, can't get.

So July last year, and but I didn't recieve an e-mail, and I haven't been able to get it since. We did have a power shortage, however money came out of my bank, no code received. I haven't been able to ask for help, as I have had a stroke, and I can't move my left arm to type, I've had to wait til my daughter came up to get one sent, as I forgot about it til now.
Just want to confirm that first it did get paid, and I was wondering if I can get the code recent.
