Hi,
I have a client a long way away who's having trouble with Avast (apparently it starts intermittantly and is in french!)
As he's on dial-up, I can't use my VNC, so I want him to produce a log file of Avast's actions.
Are there any command line parameters for ashlogv.exe so it will automoatically open, write each section to a log file and then close?
Thanks.

:-[ sorry. discovered the log viewer only opens text files in C:\Program Files\Avast4\DATA\ :-[
