Title: Avast Password Synchronisation Not Working

I can not sync passwords between devices. My first account (my old pc) crashed and now on all new devices, it asks me to use the provided code. I no longer have access to the email to backup my account so I am unsure if I can sync my passwords now. I have the passwords it's just I want them to be able to synchronise to my other devices.

Can't you use webmail to view the message about retrieving ?

I no longer have access to the email sent to me about backing up.

If you have a backup of the passwords, start from scratch and use the backup to import them into avast passwords.

By starting from scratch do you mean a new avast account?

No, new install (group) for avast passwords.

Install avast passwords if you haven't done so already.
Select the import option and point it to the backup file.

I've done that but I still cannot sync it with my phone.

As you don't have the main system anymore, you need to start from scratch. (create a new group)
