Hello, I submitted a support ticket to refund the product due to purchasing the wrong product on May 30th in the late evening. I edited my ticket a day or two after I submitted it, by the way.

I am in the same situation as you. I sent in my request for a refund 23day ago never got any reply except to give me a ticket number which is 836620. Worst customer service ever......
